Marsha Rollinger is a business savvy, versatile designer and illustrator with over 20 years of experience taking concepts from sketches to final, printed products.

Always knowing that art would be the foundation for her life, Marsha Rollinger chose to attend the Art Institute of Pittsburgh after high school so she could study different areas of the art field to see which direction best suited her skills and desires. She earned her degree in graphic design and illustration in 1991 and after graduation, she immediately got a job out of state with an apparel company where she designed prints and patterns for women and girls clothing.

From there she took a job back in Pennsylvania designing sand casted giftware and eventually became the art director. Then she moved on to become art director at a small design firm, where she first started using the computer to create artwork and realized that working digitally was going to change everything. Next she pursued a job at a video game developer where she started as a 3D artist, but was quickly promoted to a marketing design director position due to her graphic design and organization skills.

Amid layoffs at that company, Marsha happened across an online posting for a graphic design position opening at a company in Redmond, Washington. The company was Nintendo of America. Marsha got the job and was there for over 13 years, leaving in 2012 as the senior manager of the in-house print design team to pursue her freelance fulltime.

As you can see, Marsha has a wide breadth of experience with art and business. She understands how to take an idea from a sketch to final printed product with professionalism. She’d love to discuss your artwork needs and how her creative vision can help your product, event, or business stand out from the rest.
